If this is your first treatment with us and you haven’t yet completed a medical questionnaire & consent form, please do so before your appointment. It takes around three minutes and helps us ensure you get the most from your session. Returning clients should update the form if there has been any change in your health.

You'll receive confirmation of your appointment details by email shortly. There's nothing else you need to do — just arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle in before your treatment.

If it's your first treatment with us, please take a couple of minutes to complete our medical questionnaire so we can tailor your treatment and keep it safe. Returning clients only need to update it if anything about their health has changed.

Just let us know as early as you can by calling 0141 673 6630. With more than 24 hours' notice your deposit can be refunded in full or carried forward to a future appointment. With less than 24 hours' notice, or for a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

For Traditional Thai Massage you stay fully clothed, so wear something loose and comfortable. For oil-based treatments, towels and blankets are provided to keep you covered. Try to avoid a heavy meal beforehand and drink plenty of water before and after your session.
