Redeem Your Gift Voucher

When you're ready to book, redeem your voucher on our Redeem a Voucher page or call us on 0141 673 6630 and quote the gift certificate reference code printed on the voucher. We'll help you choose a treatment and complete the booking.

Your voucher is emailed to you shortly after purchase. You can print it out or simply forward the email straight to the recipient — whichever is easiest.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and the expiry date is printed on the voucher. If you need a little longer, get in touch before it expires and we'll do our best to help.

Yes. Vouchers can be put towards any treatment we offer. If the treatment you choose costs more than the voucher value, you simply pay the difference on the day.

Absolutely — that's exactly what they're for. Forward the email or print it out and hand it over. The recipient just needs the gift certificate reference code to redeem it.

Vouchers aren't redeemable for cash and can't be exchanged, but they can be used against any of our treatments right up to the expiry date.
